About our properties
Close to toronto’s restaurants and bars you will discover a large private parking lot, you will find a terrace in the apartment or you can walk to the lake to watch the sunsets. The comfortable beds will take over you dreams. Fully equipped kitchen, make yourself a delicious coffee, on the weekend Toronto parties and you will want to enjoy the best food or drinks offered by nearby restaurants.
OUR RULES
NO SMOOKING
Smooking is not allowed inside the apartment, only outsite.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
DON'T INVITE PEOPLE TO SLEEP OVER
You can invite people to visit and stay with you in the apartment, but the cannot stay overnight. Guests are accepted between 8am and 10pm.Â
EVENTS
You can make an event, there is a cost of $250 CAD per additional person who is not registered in the reservation.
ADDITIONAL COST OF CLEANING
If the property is found to be in very poor clean condition afer your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it in. E.g. stains on the furniture, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor condition. We will charge an additional $350 CAD
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
KEYS IN THE LOCKBOX
Just leave the keys back in the lockbox and you’re done.
DON'T FORGET YOUR STUFF
Check to make sure you don’t leave any charges or clothes that hace fallen on the floor.
